Pricing: The price range for renting The Barn depends on the season and what day(s) of the week you plan to hold your event. Because of this, each event is priced individually based on these guidelines and more. Contact Fearrington Village for more specific information on the price of your event.

Capacity: The Barn can accommodate large groups of 150-300 people.

Basic Specs: This 5,600 square feet, full service venue offers a variety of accommodations, including house tables, bathrooms, chairs, dishes, linens, and more. You can rent these necessary items from Fearrington, as well as decorative elements, such as vintage window frames, chests, rustic tables, and program holders. The Barn is also a great evening event site, as it is enclosed and heated during the winter.

Catering Criteria/Options: Fearrington provides an on-site wedding planner, food, beverages, and flowers for your event. Since they provide all the food, the kitchen is available for Fearrington use only. They have barn2a long list of recommended vendors for photographers, videographers, ceremony and reception music, makeup, and transportation. Contact Fearrington if you’re interested in seeing their entire list of recommended vendors. You may choose any vendor not on The Barn’s list, as long as they don’t provide the services that Fearrington already does.

Fun Fact: The Fearrington Barn was originally built in 1927 near the Fearrington Homestead.
