The Bradford is an exquisite venue located in New Hill. Since it was created by experienced wedding planners, the venue was specifically designed with vendors and brides in mind. Because the space is so large, renters have a variety of places within the space to utilize for their event, including the ballroom, terrace, and gardens. Pricing: Corporate events and parties cost $500, Monday – Thursday. The Bradford requests that you contact them via email if you wish to hold your event over the weekend, and the prices for weekend events vary. They do offer a variety of weekend packages, which are listed below:
- Sunday Only Package: The space is available from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. The venue is accessible for portraits. Cost – $3,000
- Friday and Saturday Package: The space is available from 11:00 am Friday to 11:00 pm Saturday. Every room is available for overnight guests on Friday, and a full breakfast is provided Saturday. The venue is also accessible for portraits. Cost – $5,500
- Full Weekend Package: The space is available from 11:00 am Friday to 5:00 pm Sunday. A full breakfast is available Saturday and Sunday, as well as everything else that’s included in the Friday and Saturday package. Cost – $6,800
Basic Specs: The Bradford is 3000 square feet, not including the gardens. Renting gives you access to the main house, terrace, ballroom, and gardens, and the open floor plans and spacious rooms offer you limitless possibilities when planning your event.
The lower level of the house is perfect for a mid-sized dinner party or small ceremony. It can also serve as a great gathering space as your guests arrive at your event. If you need more space, you can also rent the rooms on the second floor. These work perfectly as a meeting space or dressing room, and if you need to stay the night, rent up to four bedrooms and three baths, which sleep nine in total. The Bradford provides many amenities, including 12 – 60″ round tables, 12 – 6′ tables, 12 – 8′ tables, 120 folding chairs in your choice of white, natural, or mahogany, bridal and groom getting ready rooms, use of the grounds for a bridal shoot, and depending on the event, a venue coordinator. The coordinator makes sure everything goes as planned and answers all questions about policies and procedures. If you’re hosting a wedding or especially large event, The Bradford requires that you hire a Day of Coordinator who is a profession in the industry.
Catering Criteria/Options: All wedding planners, DJs, florists, and event designers must be approved by The Bradford. Additionally, The Bradford is willing to add other caterers to the list; however, their services must be personally approved first.
Fun Fact: The Bradford also works as a B&B, your guests can stay the night if the so desire.
